1.What type of shipping methods do you offer?

• Standard Shipping: Free shipping on all orders.
• Under 2kgs will ship via Epacket within 10-20days, over 2kgs will ship via DHL or others fast way within 10days.

If you already placed your order and realized the shipping address that was sent to us is incorrect, please email info@mugliving.com immediately. Orders generally ship within 3-5days after they are received and once your order is shipped there is no way for us to change your shipping address! Once your order is placed, please look over your confirmation email carefully! Please note: Any address changes may also delay shipment of your order. 

Generally shipped within 3 to 5 business days after the order is placed, although during times of high volume orders can take longer to process. 

You have up to 30 days to return items purchased at Mugliving. Email our team at info@muliving.com for return instructions If your product is defective we will provide you a return label and ship you a new one at no additional cost.
